sigh.

things are not going to get better any time soon, are they? every
single day brings something else to weigh me down.

i have never felt so unlike myself, so disappointed in myself, so
emotionally negative.

moreso, i am sorry for disappointing you, too.

tomorrow is a new day. it has to be.

  1. Yes. Tomorrow is a new day, and you have already made changes to start improving your life. I hate that you got stuck in such a shit storm of crap, but hopefully you're coming out of it now.

    When you find yourself in times of worry or trouble, remember and recognize the things that help calm you -- nature, take a walk, have a snack, take a nap, communication, or even just a deep breath in a bathroom stall to clear your head before you go back to work.
